To provide our services, we collect the following data from your Shopify store via official APIs:
- Store Information: Shop name, email, and domain.
- Order Data: Order ID, customer phone number (for WhatsApp delivery), items purchased, and total value.
- Customer Data: Specifically phone numbers provided during checkout for the purpose of sending automated updates.
3. How We Use Your Data
We use the collected information strictly for:
- Sending automated WhatsApp order confirmations and fulfillment updates.
- Recovering abandoned checkouts via WhatsApp reminders.
- Providing analytics to the merchant on message delivery and conversion rates.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data or your customers' data to third parties.
4. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption (AES-256-GCM). Access tokens and sensitive identifiers are encrypted at rest. We use enterprise-grade cloud providers (Render, PostgreSQL) with strict access controls.
5. Your Rights (GDPR/CCPA)
Merchants and their customers have the right to access, redact, or delete their personal data. We fully support Shopify's mandatory GDPR webhooks (`customers/redact`, `shop/redact`, `customers/data_request`). Any request made via the Shopify admin will be processed automatically within 48 hours.
